The largest architecural LED product line in the USA. Jon has published papers on optical design in leared journals and has authored multiple patents in the lighting field.

Our mechanical designs are created in Pro/E solid modeling software. We use Photopia for our optical designs and photometric simulations. Leveraging these two superb engineering tools to create stereolithography rapid prototypes can turn your idea into a working tabletop piece in 10 days.
Spun Aluminum Reflectors
We have designed hundreds of successful high performance reflector optics. Our UK factory supplies these with proprietary coatings which we have developed over the last 20 years.
What is spinning? Metal spinning is a metal working process by which a disc or tube of metal is rotated at high speed and formed into an axially symmetric part using tools. Metal spinning is often performed by hand to produce decorative items, or using machine tools, such as CNC, when tight tolerances are required. Metal may be formed into a die to shape the outside diameter or onto a mandrel to size the inner diameter.
